'Ghajini' girl Asin was 3-yrs old when Aamir was a lover boy in QSQT.

Ask the 23-year-old actor about her performance in ‘Ghajini’ and she says. “I am not satisfied. I feel like doing this film all over again and working on my flaws,” That’s strange, considering she has done the Tamil version of it as well. There must be something that she likes. “Well, I couldn’t have asked for a better start,” she says. “And I certainly didn’t expect to receive a thumbs-up from a national audience.” She is, in fact, on a roll. After romancing Aamir Khan in her first Hindi film, Asin Thottumkal is now a busy bee in Bollywood. On qsqt, “ Aamir was the cherry on the cake,” she giggles.

Bipasha plays a supernatural in her forthcoming flick ‘pankh’

This is strange as Bipasha now doing a supernatural character in ‘Pankh’. She admits, “I play an alter ego. I am an imaginary character - the protagonist in the film is a 20-year old boy called Jerry, played by Maradona Rebello, who was recently seen in ‘Race’. In ‘Pankh’, Maradona is totally confused about his gender because in his childhood, he played a female child.
Now, he has grown up and aspires to play a hero! So, he creates an imaginary character of his ladylove, supposed to be an actress. Bipasha plays that imaginary role for her protagonist (Maradona) in ‘Pankh’. To seduce him, Bips sings a sensuous number (sung by Sunidhi Chauhan) titled ‘Jiya Jala Na’ in her new avatar.

When Minissha was informed about the bikini appearance in Kidnap by Sanjay Gadhvi, the director, her reaction was that of “total apprehension because I thought of my present image and wondered if I was ready to take the plunge.”
But once she was convinced, she headed home and pulled out a bikini from the closet and tried it on, “I was scared. Because I realised that it was going to be tough to get into shape,” says Minissha.

With a steely resolve, she galvanised herself into action, “Being bikini-fit is really difficult. Especially for a film where you have to be extra toned since the camera will go all over you and spy on every ounce on your body,” she explains. She had six to eight months to shape up. And it was a tough process. Life would be so much easier if you wanted your body to get shaped the way you want at a command. The regimen included an hour of rigorous gym work outs.

Many actors, producers and directors are our regular clients," says Swetta Jhumani, a Pune-based numerologist. "Whatever recognition we have today is because of our Bollywood clients."

Deepika Padukone tops Maxim Hot 100 girls list

Bollywood's new star Deepika Padukone, whose second film Bachna Ae Haseeno is due for release Aug 15, is considered the hot favourite actress by Indian audiences across the globe. She tops the popular Maxim Hot 100 girls worldwide list.

The Maxim Hot list makes its debut in India and the Om Shanti Om star, Deepika, is winner of the first edition.

"To be honest, personally I never thought of myself as 'sexy' or 'hot' but if that's the call that people have taken, then I hope I live up to it. I am so excited about this," Deepika said in a press statement.

She joins the likes of previous Bollywood celebrity-winners like Bipasha Basu, Katrina Kaif and Kareena Kapoor.

"Deepika was our choice as the winner because apart from her huge fan following with the new generation of Indians, she also has the potential to be an international face. This calls for a huge party," said Anup Kutty, editor of Maxim-India.

Deepika will be felicitated August end in Mumbai.
